Matthias Molinek
Sales / Project Management
Since the beginning of March, Matthias Molinek has been strengthening our sales team – bringing not only fresh energy but also a great deal of dedication.
In the long term, Matthias will take on a key role: project management for our operations at German airports. With his structured approach and keen eye for detail, he’s the perfect fit for the job.
Gursharn Ladher
Consultant and Product Management Smart Guidance
Gursharn joined Via Guide in April. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Studies, specializing in Airport Operations, Airport Security and Process Optimization, from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
He brings a strong background in simulation and visualization. His expertise will enhance our passenger flow concepts by supporting them with data-driven KPIs and visual insights.
With Gursharn on board, we are taking another step forward in making passenger flow smoother, smarter, and more efficient.
