Your belt is printed directly in our in-house print department – quickly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on sustainability. We use digital sublimation printing, a process in which your custom design is transferred from a digital file onto the belt material with precision and vibrant color.
What makes this method special: The dyes are vaporized through heat and infused directly into the fibers – without the need for any additional coating. This keeps the material breathable and flexible. Another key advantage: Unlike other printing techniques, sublimation does not require environmentally harmful binders or solvents. This makes the process not only durable and high-quality, but also resource-efficient and eco-friendly.
