Whether logos, texts or multi-coloured photo prints, our own digital print shop offers all possibilities for customising our Beltrac posts and wall cassettes.

We want to print your belt in the best possible way. Therefore, we need a print template from you, consisting of a colour specification and optionally with a logo or image file.
DO's
- Colour specifications: CMYK, Pantone or HKS.
- Logo/image data: .eps vector file or as such embedded in a .pdf file.
- Images: .pdf, CMYK formats, resolution at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) without an embedded colour profile.
And DONT's
- RAL colour specifications
- Pixel files/images: .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png
- Logos copied from websites or scanned letterheads
Your template will then be digitally typeset. In this process, for example, your logo is evenly spaced on the belt. We make sure that the distance to the edge is maintained and that the print does not overlap on the front and back.
We will then send you the draft as a PDF. If required, adaptations can be made. We do not start manufacturing your individually printed belts until we have been given your approval!
Your belt is then printed in our in-house print department. We use a digital print in the sublimation process. In this process, your desired design is transferred by machine from the digital file onto the strap. The dye is vapourised or sublimated.
The sublimation process means that there is no additional coating on the fabric. Furthermore, we do not have to use any environmentally harmful binding agents or solvents, as is necessary with other printing processes.
From a white canvas to your individual printing
In addition to the standard strap height of 5 cm, we also offer a strap with a height of 10 cm as an option for the Beltrac Extend and the Wall Mount L. This offers a particularly ideal surface for your advertising messages.
Our belts are not only strong and dimensionally stable, but also available in many colours and variations.
